No more hesitation or slippage. The zero-torque Spider ZT Long putter is the longest, heaviest, and highest moment of inertia model in the lineup. Designed to deliver a highly repeatable stroke with every putt, you can experience unprecedented stability.
Further pursuit of spider stability
The combination of a high density 303 stainless steel front section and a low density 6061 aerospace grade aluminum back section creates a high moment of inertia structure. The precise positioning of the center of gravity and weight distribution further increase the MOI, improving repeatability and stability during the stroke.
Zero Torque Putter Design
The KBS shaft is inserted with a 1° shaft tilt to align with the center of gravity and is offset 25mm behind the leading edge, resulting in a toe-up balance that points the toe up, improving stability throughout the stroke.
Improved sole camber
TaylorMade’s club engineers designed a new and improved “cambered sole” for the Spider ZT putter to accommodate a wide variety of player types. The curve of the sole works in conjunction with the hosel near the toe to help you get the correct alignment. This makes it easier to accurately point the face at the target when addressing the putter.Premium Milled True Path AlignmentTrue Path Alignment is a feature of the original Spider putter, but has been redesigned for the Spider ZT putter. The top of the 303 stainless steel putter face features a thin, precision-milled line the width of a golf ball. This makes it easier to accurately position the putter behind the ball with every putt.
Pure Roll™ insert creates soft sound and feel
The Pure Roll™ insert is made of a composite of Surlyn and aluminum, with grooves angled downward at a 45-degree angle to efficiently generate topspin and ensure a smooth roll.
